bethan.jones@echo.co.uk , this is brilliant work, thank you. I do think the combination of "online convenience" and "local service" is the key for LD. It makes total sense in a post pandemic world where more people have migrated online but also feel the need for the proximity of local services. It's an impactful combination that i believe will resonate with patients
