Representing VNUHCM at the 1st ASEAN +3 Youth Cultural Forum (AYCF+3)
In 2007, the ASEAN+3 Higher Education Policy Dialogue led to the establishment of the ASEAN+3 University Network and the expansion of student mobility through various activities, including the AUN Educational Forum and Young Speakers Contest, and the ASEAN Youth Cultural Forum. This cooperation between ASEAN+3 countries resulted in the successful development of the ASEAN+3 Youth Cultural Forum, with its inaugural event taking place at Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. This event, known as "The 1st ASEAN+3 Youth Cultural Forum,” was the first to include delegates from China, Japan, and Korea.
